Hi all, I hope everyone is doing well considering the situation we’re in. Any fellow July brides still hopeful that we’ll have our weddings?! I’m July 26, 2020

Meeeee! July 18th. Holding on to hope that things will be better by then. Watching the news everyday. Using my telepathy trying to bend that curve. Smiley smile

Mine is July 18th too! Really hoping and praying it can happen but i'm starting to lose hope as things are still on pause until May 15th where I live. We were supposed to get married May 30th and postponed and the feeling of possibly having to postpone AGAIN is so hard to think about!

Hi Courtney, ohmygosh I feel your pain. My wedding was scheduled for May 23 and we moved it till 7/26. We need to keep positive, and get into May/early June before making a decision on what to do. Xx

July 25th and really holding on to hope that it can go on. I am aware that we may need to postpone, but the venue isn't engaging in that discussion with us right now so we have to plan as though it will go on. We are holding off as long as possible on invitations as we hope to have a better idea of what is to come in early June.

Crazy how some venues are not engaging with you guys regarding to at least have a backup date.

    Hi Nonnie!

Ugh it is so difficult! But yes definitely trying to stay positive and from what I just watched on the President's update, he had a guest speaker that was saying according to a new study the virus is not living nearly as long in the humidity and the sun so that gave me some hope! We are definitely waiting until beginning of June to make a final decision, our guests won't have as long to RSVP but i'm hoping they will understand given the circumstances!

    Best of luck to you!

I’m also a July 18 bride. I’m holding out hope but I’m also going to plan as usual. We should have our day regardless.

    Hi Nonnie,

As you can see from the PP, there are many hopeful brides. It's so refreshing!

Still, I'm sorry that you have to worry *even a little bit* about postponing your wedding a second time. Monitoring the situation until you make a decision in late May/early June is a good plan.

Obviously, you are NOT alone. Here's a couple of discussions with July brides that may be helpful to you as you weigh the decision to postpone (again):

I hope everything works out for your 7/26 wedding! Smiley heart
