Last dativersary before wedding

My fiancé and I will be celebrating 6 years if dating in a couple weeks. Our wedding date is in January so, while April 14th will continue to be a special day for us, it will stop being the most important date in our history. I'm wondering if I should commemorate this last special dativersary other than our typical dinner at the restaurant where we met (assuming it's open by then). Any suggestions?

That would be super cute if you did! I actually still do even though I’m married now. It’s an important date in your love story so I don’t see why not. Maybe a cute thing is if you can’t go out then you can recreate your first date meal at home or something

I think that would be really sweet! Even something simple like a card or letter expressing how excited you are that you'll be married by your next date-aversary would be a nice way to mark the occasion. You could also consider a little gift, like cufflinks/watch/jewelry your partner could wear on your wedding day, or you could have a little dance at home to your first dance song

We have celebrated our dativersary every year since we started dating. It's always a special day. I would definitely celebrate it in a special way.
