I know there has been recent conversation about song choice but should the last song be fast or slow? I can't decide what I want it to be. I'm meeting with the DJ tomorrow to finalize everything for the last time. What are you all doing? As a guest, which would you prefer for the last song? A slow...

A slow love song or something that leaves you pumped up?

When my college friends would have house parties, they'd always end the night with "Wonderwall" and we'd stand in a circle with our arms around each others shoulders and sing it at the top of our lungs (hammered). It was always really cool and close for us and so I'm going to do this as our last song at the wedding.

I think we decided on Shout by The Isley Brothers. It's fun and all people can dance to it, though I think it'll be the younger crowd. Our reception ends at 10 so we are thinking people are going to move to a local bar afterwards.

I want to go with "I'm glad you came" by The Wanted (haven't cleared that with fh yet, though lol). I wanted something fun, and dancey, with a message for our guests, as the rest of the evening is all about us Smiley smile

STB Mrs C, I love that Calvin Harris song!!!

I say do both - have the DJ announce last dance, do something slow, and then mash in something fast to end the party on a high!
