Last Dance Song?!

We're getting married in Brooklyn and I want to close out the night with Jay Z's Empire State of Mind ;-)

Same! I'm in the same boat, struggling because FH pretty much dislikes all music that is too popular, overplayed, cheesy...pretty much anything that makes a good last dance song lol. I love it when everyone stands in a circle and hugs and sings together but I'm at a loss! Weddings I've been at have used Take Me Home, Country Roads, Livin' on a Prayer, Don't Stop Believin', and I think something by ABBA but memory is fuzzy on that one. All fun.

Might be able to get him to agree to Take Me Home Tonight. Otherwise we might go with some kind of classic Sinatra-style something unless we go that route for our first dance.

Also, I don't know that Neil Diamond is considered country music lol?

I LOVE that song.

From my experience last dance is typically more of a party vibe than romantic, like usually something everyone knows and gets together on the dance floor to sing/raise their drinks/form a massive mob or circle. So fun!
