DO NOT order from lalamira. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I have tried returning a dress because it did not look anything like the online photos when I received it. After multiple emails back and forth they finally said that it is "common sense that something ordered online will be different in person". I had to open a credit card dispute because they will not accept my return even though their return policy states that items can be returned.

I purchased my wedding dress from there and I honestly wish I would have found this thread before I did. It was supposed to come with a corset back. When it arrived it had a zipper. I contacted them immediately and made them aware. They literally wait 12 hours to the minute to respond to your emails and you only have SEVEN days for returns. Also, returns aren't guaranteed, they can decide whether or not they want to look into your case based on the photos you send to them. The customer service representative would not grant me a refund or exchange, even though I did not request a zipper closure for my dress. I'm now left with a dress that's contrary to what I wanted a month before my wedding and Lala Mira will not respond to my emails. Buyer BEWARE.

My prom is March 23rd so I was going to order a dress from them. However, I decided to look at the reviews. Thank you all for your bad reviews because if it wasn't for y'all my mom would be buying that dress. I even saw a picture of a girl wearing that same dress after she brought it from them and it looked horrible. Material was different, it looked cheap. Also, the design was terrible, it was not the same design. I even told myself when I saw the dress that it looks too good to be so cheap(picture of dress advertised). It is. Dresses like that normally cost $500 so follow your instincts on that. Overall, it's horrible, don't even waste your time looking on the website because every dress pictured, are not dresses they made.

I am looking for a prom dress for my sister at the moment, she has found 1 pretty dress that from the La La Mira website, I surfed the site, they look very pretty and good quality. However; when I come to make a payment, noticed there are a few codes on top, I keyed in one of them, it does deducted the said discount, but then my instinct alerted me that I should check around and see any bad review about this company?! Simply because the pricing for those dresses seems all discounted hugely and the quality of them are too good to be true!! it wasn't difficult in finding details about this company.....here is one of them but I have no idea whether these are phishing or not, but check to see for your own judgement.

I did not go ahead with any purchase, as I've read the return policy, even though cancel order within 12 hours, I'll still lose 10% of my purchase price? sounds ridiculous to me!! Just to save myself from any further trouble!

Don’t do it!!! It’s a scam. They are from China and send u the worst dress. I couldn’t believe it. Color not the same, my dress looked like a cheap blanket. Customer service will not refund u. This is the message I got on a $150 dress: Hi,

We have checked for you and we are very sure that we did the right size dress in your order. You have made a mistake when you choose the size. The dress is inspected carefully before shipped and it has no problems.

So in this case, we cannot take back the dress since made in the correct way.

This company is a joke and full of scam artists! Wish I had reviewed them before purchasing! The item received was nothing like the picture!
I called them out on all these things and asked for a refund. I was told they can’t refund because of my “personal reasons”. Poor quality and craftsmanship is not a personal reason!
You get generic responses not related to what you are saying or asking.

I currently have turned to pay to pay pal to get refunded. Hopefully my refund is granted.

Worst company ever, the dresses at $125 each did not look like the picture at all, looked like I made it! I was told that it is COMMON SENSE that if you order online the dress will look different, what?? If I pay $125 per dress then I want it like the picture!! I was also told to sell it or give it someone, I am not sure how this company is still in business, I wish I did more research! Don't be stupid, don't order from this company you will just regret it!!! The customer is nothing, they take your money and doesn't care about you!!!

I placed an order and then canceled. They still shipped my order and then told me I couldnt have a refund even though it was their. Bad customer service. I will never order for them again and I will make sure when ever i hear or see their name I would leave a bad review!!

Do not use them! I ordered 3 flower girl dresses, when it came it didn't look like the advertised pictures. I wanted to return the dresses but I was told that it is common sense that an online dress will not look like the advertised picture, I never got my refund, they are from China and is making knock offs and they are not cheap! I used etsy and the quality is much better and the dress actually looks like the picture.

I purchased this dress before realizing the site had all these terrible reviews, received it today.

Don't buy from them, the dresses does not look like the pictures. It comes from China. I ordered 3 flower girl dresses and they didn't look like the picture, and it was really expensive. Not worth it then they tell me it is common sense that the dress will not look like the pictures advertised??? If I pay $125 per dress I expect it to look like the picture.

This company is a total scam. First, they make it seem that they operate out of the United Kingdom when in fact they are operating out of China. Second, their return policy is fraudulent. LaLa Mira doesn't actually accept returns. I received a wedding dress that looked nothing like the one that I ordered and was so poorly stitched that there were large gaps where the lace hadn't actually made it through the sewing machine. When I wrote customer service to tell them that I had received a defective dress and request a return form, this is what I was told: There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take the responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally. The return is really not possible." Absolutely a scam!!!

I should've read the reviews first myself. Horrible customer service! I was told by them it's common sense when you order online, the dress will be different from the picture. So basically you send them money and they will send you whatever they want.

They sent me a different dress than the one I ordered and, when I asked for the correct dress or to return it, they said no and that it's "common sense" that things look different online than in person and that their tailors "don't make mistakes". The dress is literally nothing like the dress I ordered. I sent pictures to them and they told me that it's good enough and I can't return it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR RETURN POLICY. I've filed a dispute with my bank on the charge for the dress.
