Yeah I looked at some girls reviews & they posted them in the dress & you could tell it wasn’t the same dress. Didn’t look near as good but the comments were positive. I don’t know but I wouldn’t buy from there after looking around!
The dress that I got was the wrong size even though I used their measurement chart online. When I contacted them to see what they could do, they refused to exchange the dress and after a lot of fighting with them I was only able to get a 25% refund. I then had to get it tailored and the $100 dress ended up being a total of $300 with tailoring to get it to the right size. When I went to the tailor she said the hem was lopsided. So I spent $300 on a shoddily made dress. I will NEVER use this company again and would not recommend it to anyone.
THIS COMPANY IS BOGUS. I ordered 2 dresses according to their size chart, not the customizable one mind you, and they literally fell off of me because they were so large. I contacted them about a return and waited over 24hr for a response. I was told this wasn’t their issue, but mine. After I expressed my unhappiness I was then told it was unfair to the company for them to accept responsibility, and that I should just keep or sell the dresses locally. WHAT?!?! I’ve now wasted close to $300 on these CHEAPLY made dresses and HORRIBLE customer service, who can’t even type correctly. I wish I could give a negative star amount.
Anyone looking into using this site to purchase dresses, SHOULD NOT WASTE THEIR TIME AND MONEY. You’re getting an item that is poorly made, shades darker or lighter than the color you desired, sizes that are “an inch” too big or too small (quotes around inch because that’s what their website describes for sizing). You have to read their policy for returns -> which is ridiculous because there’s disclaimers for their products that isn’t listed for the product itself (you’ll have to find it on their site somewhere) Their customer service will tell you you’re in the wrong real quick.

When should you ever tell a customer that they’re wrong!!!??! Never. You always phrase it to be cordial. Not blatantly say you’ve made a mistake and then refuse to offer additional supports. Literally a waste of time and money to be going back and forth with them.
Defintely a ZERO STAR website. Not worth it for your big day.
TERRIBLE! This company is a scam, their customer service is the worst I have experienced. The material is super cheap, we spent over $150 on a dress thinking it will be decent quality, however it was a terrible mistake. They sent me the wrong dress and do not want to rectify their mistake. The customer service rep said it was my problem and I should look into regifting it. What type of company is that?
I made an account to tell every bride-to-be NOT to order from La La Mira. You will be disappointed with the quality of your dress in person and disappointed when you can't get your money back because they won't accept returns for 'personal reasons (like, uh, not liking the dress because the fabric feels like a nylon jumpsuit).'
0/10 - Under no circumstances should you order from La La Mira. The prices are tempting but you'll feel like a slug for spending $150+ on something made from fabric that would be better suited as a wind-breaker.
Do NOT use this site! I ordered a dress larger than I wear so I could alter it. I've tried on this same size in 100s of dresses and they were all large. The one they sent was so small I couldn't even get it on. They refused to exchange or return it. LuLu's has much better customer service and great dresses!
I just purchased a dress for my daughter for my wedding coming up. When the dress arrived it had several white appliqué that were stained and marked with dirt and some sort of black glue. The tiny pearl style buttons all up the back are poorly secured and all falling off. The satin belt is missing stitching to attach it to the dress on the entire left front. I emailed La La Mira less than an hour after the dress arrived at my door including pictures and shipping information. The response I got from customer service was that they have professional tailors and would not take the dress back in the condition it is. Due to the dress condition and customer service I would not recommend purchasing from here. Very disappointed.

I wouldn't leave this dress with one heart. It is horrible from the material , design and size. ;I know must go a search for another dress for my daughters prom. I am so disappointed, I read all the reviews on this site and it now leads me to believe that they are all fake. I can't leave a gushing review like the hundreds I have read. I couldn't give this dress away free if I tried.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.The workmanship is shoddy.The fabric is disgusting.It is supposed to a standard size 6 which my daughter is and this never is.The dress is not at all like the picture.The dress looks clingy when it has arrived it is not like this at all.It is cheap and nasty
If i could give LALAMIRA a NEGATIVE MARK I would! They are deceitful & their product was not as defined. I ordered a dress for my daughter, and the thread & hand work was as if someome with no tailoring experience had done it. The moment I received the dress I sent proof by photos and requested a refund. Customer service was extremely rude & disrespectful via email & refused to assist me in any way. The sewn thread patterns were showing everywhere, and the hand sewn work for the lace on the front of her dress was half ways completed. There were clearly unfinished hand cuts that could be seen on the lace, as well as hanging thread & buttons on the back of the dress. It was unfit to be worn. Customer service said that I caused the damage and it was my fault & they informed me to find my own tailor to fix the dress. I was persistent with emailing them since that was the only way of communication, and I requested to speak with a manager & supervisor multiple times, but they refused to assist me. They finally offered me 20% back for my original order that was well over $120 (lets remember that wouldn't cover me finding a tailor to fix her dress). They then decided to offer me 35% off if I ordered a new dress because I refused to accept the 20% refund. It's crazy that they even told me to orded a new one with a discount knowing that the first dress was HORRIBLE! After well over a months time of communication, and atleast 30 emails back and forth, I found a whole lot of negative reviews about LALAMIRA, and 1 mentioned contacting the bank used to pay for the item. So I decided to follow suit, and my bank was able to resolve the issue. I should've done a review check before I ordered the dress, but thankfully it worked out!
I purchased dress for flower girl. I don't like it and they are giving me a hard time to return. We're just emailing back and forth. They basically told me to have common sense when shopping online. The actual dress order is not the same as what is displayed online. Then they told me to give the dress away...... Or sell it locally. How can they say that. You know a wedding is very important and they don't care at all. Look at pic and you see for yourself. DON'T BUY FROM THEM
I would love to spread the word that this company is a scam. I ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses and when they came in they were cheap and completely different than what was pictured online. I sent back the dresses after much back and forth with them and they didn’t refund the $466. I disputed and redisputed the charge with Chase and they did nothing. Weddings are expensive to begin with and now I have to be out $466 because of a scam 😢
