Trying to find a quality and affordable establishment in the tri state area that caters for wedding receptions in a korean buffet style. Help please!

Would you consider finding a caterer for a Korean buffet first, and then by asking them venues they’ve catered before, find a venue? This could be a great method of having a reception with the food option you want.
