Kippot frustration!!! Vent

I just received our kippot (yarmulkes - little Jewish hats for the ceremony) today and the company messed them up, adding buttons when FH is very against buttons on kippot. I ordered them in November, for the company's Black Friday sale, and have been waiting since then (as they dealt with the holidays, then blizzards, etc.) to receive them.

I'm frustrated and angry that after waiting for 3 months, they finally showed up and are wrong.

Send those suckers BACK! Tell them NO BUTTONS! do you have a copy of the original invoice? it should say 'no buttons' on it as an option right?

I just called and left a message. I also emailed them, replying to my original order, so that they can see that I ordered them without buttons.
I was so excited that they were finally in, so this is a double let down.

They just offered me 20% refund or to make a new batch. (I'm not sure what happens to the ones I have if they make a new batch.)
FH wants to look at them before we make a decision.
This just reinforces my drive to do everything early. Imagine if I had had them delivered a few weeks before the wedding like they encouraged me to do!
