Does anyone have ideas to keep deli trays cold for several hours with out using a fridge or ice chest? The deli trays will be in an ice chest until about 5pm when they will be placed onto the tables. They will be left there unit the reception starts at 730 and goes to 930. I was thinking the lids of the deli tray could be filled with ice and ask the store for extra lids to keep the food covered until the reception starts. Thoughts or ideas?
