Absolutely SKIP! I will be wearing one that my FH does not know about. I am going to wait until we are alone and let him remove it then, It will be a nice surprise. An intimate moment shared between just us.

Skipping the garter for sure! I'm not tossing my bouquet either. This is my 2nd marriage and I'm in my 50's so we are skipping those traditions. Definitely cutting the cake though.

Before my fiancé even reaches for the garter there is a snake dance for the men as well and they try to knock them over. After the song has ended they carry him off over their heads and undress him down to a short and his boxers. It’s their fun tradition to get everyone to join in

Skip. I’ve always found this tradition to be quite creepy.

I actually haven't seen this done in a while.

Buy my daughter wants to do both and put a small bottle of booze in the garter for her groom to find.

I tossed about this one.....maybe I'll let him get the garter and keep the garter. I'm not interested in the bouquet toss so tossing the garter doesn't make sense to me. Maybe we'll just skip them both.
