Just for fun: Never Have i Ever wedding edition

I’ve been to a destination wedding! Several.


Never have I caught the bride’s bouquet.

I have twice, so it works! lol Kinda. You just have to stand in the front because nobody throws it very far.

Never have I ever been to a wedding with a plated meal.

I did once and that couple is now divorced so luckily the I did not get married right after due to bad juju lol.

Never have I ever been maid of honor.

I’m currently matron of honor!


Never have I ever been a flower girl.

I have been a bridesmaid twice...

Never have I ever gotten drunk and started a ruckus at a reception 🤣 (and yes I’ve seen this happen)

I haven’t either. I’ve never gotten drunk AND created a ruckus. 😉


Never have I been to a vow renewal.

Never have I ever accidentally shown up to a wedding wearing a dress the same color as the bridesmaids. (I would be mortified lol)

I haven't been maid of honor... yet. My cousin may or may not be getting engaged soon and she has already expressed to me that I'll be her MOH lol

Never have I ever been to a bachelorette party

I haven't technically been to a bachelorette party, but instead of a party, my cousin decided she wanted a spa retreat, so we all did that instead.

Never have I ever made a speech at a wedding (too nerve-wracking!)

I have made a speech at a Quaker wedding.

I was the only one of our friend group who even understood Quaker weddings (having gone to Quaker school, and having Quaker cousins), so I not only explained them on the way there... I got to make the speech.

You know what's tough?

Following the adorable nephew who runs up to the mic and says, "I love you, Auntie {Bride} and Uncle {Groom}!"

Never have I ever attended the wedding of a couple I thought shouldn't be together. (I have conveniently had to work those days.)

Oh I've attended a wedding of a couple who shouldn't have been together! They divorced 7 months later.

Never have I ever been a bridesmaid or been to a bach. Mine is my first, and it's next month!
