Junior Bridesmaid Help!

I think it'd be fine as long as the cut is appropriate for a 9 year old (is not sexy).
Something with lace would be a good alternative too

I don't see any reason a long black dress is inappropriate. Unless its low cut. I was a 5' 3" at age 9 and a C cup, so I'm picturing 9 year old me and that's potentially the only issue I can think of.

I think as long as the dress is still age appropriate and not too revealing it’s okay for her to wear a long dress. We have a jr bridesmaid who is 12 and all the other girls are wearing long purple dresses. I asked her if she’d prefer long or short (because at 12 I would’ve preferred short) and she chose long surprisingly. With black dresses I’m sure you’ll have an easy time finding something for her!

I think it’s fine. For example, David’s Bridal has several age appropriate dresses in black for junior bridesmaids ☺️

My girls are all wearing long burgundy dresses from davids bridal, and just like the PP showed, they have plenty dresses in every color that are age appropriate! My two 13 year old soon to be step daughters are junior bridesmaids and we were able to find them both something long and burgundy at DB that they love that is appropriate.

Totally agree. A dress like this would be great for a jr bridesmaid!

My BM are all in black long dresses and my JBM will wear one, too. She is 12.

My Jr Bridesmaid is 11. She’s wearing the same long black dress that Toni posted earlier. But the only difference is she will be wearing the adult version of the Jr bridesmaid dress. We’re having the split fixed so it won’t be so high up.
