Beginner June 2020

June brides... thoughts?

My wedding is still scheduled for June 29th in houston, and the closer it gets the more worried I get we won’t be out of this by then. I want to wait until May to make the decision but have any of you guys postponed yet? It’s making me so sad to even think about it. FH and i are SO excited. I know in the end we have to do what’s best for our health and our guests but the thought Is just killing me.

I’m right there with you! I had to push my May 23rd wedding back to August 23rd & lately I’ve felt a little worried I may have to move the date again. I’m also in Texas - DFW area - & I feel like we haven’t hit our peak yet. However, June is still a little ways off so I wouldn’t change it just yet. I know it’s very disappointing to think of changing the date but hang in there. I waited until mid-March before deciding to change the date so maybe wait until May to see what happens.
Keep your chin up. We’re all in this together. ❤️

Hi Jocelyn,
This is definitely a crazy stressful and uncertain time for everyone! It seems like a lot of June brides are waiting a few more weeks before making postponement decisions, but everyone's situation is different and it never hurts to be proactive about plan b!
You also aren't alone right now! ❤️
