Hello all, our wedding is planned for June 6 and right now I'm hoping and praying this will be over by then, though deep down I dont think it will happen. Are you all still sending out invites?!

Hi! My wedding is June 12th and we got our invites in the mail and are on the fence about sending them out! I emailed our venue and they said they are not rescheduling any weddings as of now unless they are before May 10th. This gave me a little bit of hope that my wedding will still be on. I would at least wait until the beginning of April to see where we are at with this because as of right now we’re quarantined until April 6th. I just keep praying that June weddings will still be on 🤞🏼

June 14th wedding here! I've had my invitations ready to go since early March lol! I was so excited to send them out this week or next week. We are waiting a couple of weeks to see how things go before we send them out. If things are still uncertain, we can send them and put a big disclaimer on our wedding website that there's a potential for postponement. I think that will be the best, so that people know to keep an eye out on any changes.

    We will get through this!!

My wedding was originally going to take place on May 2, but we pushed to June 27. On updated invitations, I added a note directing guests to our website, with has a COVID-19 tab. If anything happens and we need to postpone again, the guests will be able to find that information on our website. The second round of invitations is going out via email... I don't want to spend any more money on cards and postage!

Who know's what's going to happen... us brides just need to take things day by day!

Remember- you're not in this alone. We're all trying to navigate these difficult times. It's awesome that there are so many supportive brides on this forum!!!

My wedding is also June 6. We are sending them out because what happens if a miracle happens and we aren't prepared! I am sending an email to all guest today to let them know the invite is coming and we understand there may have need to be a postponement as the weeks progress. And I plan to put in a note on the website. Its so good to know I am not alone!

We decided to postpone our June 5th wedding. It was a really hard decision, but we didn't want to take the chance of waiting and the venue running out of good dates to change to. We changed our date to 8/28/2020. Hopefully things are better by then. We did decide we are going to go ahead and get MARRIED at the courthouse on June 5th, since this is our original date. We will have the wedding & reception in August just as planned. I purchased so many things with our June 5th date on it - Welcome Sign, favors, napkins, cake topper etc. We will still use all of these since June 5th will be our actual date.

My wedding is also June 6 and I plan to send out invites within the week. I got my invites before all this craziness started and was just waiting till April 1 to send them out. My plan is to send them out and worse case scenario if we have to postpone I will then mail out change the dates

We were supposed to be April 11. Our venue was forced to close until May by our state. We postponed to June 8 so I’m really hoping everything will be alright

My original date was June 20, 2020. how ever we are moving the date to September 26,2020. We are going to have the pastor marry us early on 4/11/2020. we are still having the big wedding as we paid for alot of the things like the band the venues and the all of the centerpieces and other stuff.

Keep your chins up! we got this! we are in this together!
