June 25, 2022 here! Just got over the 6 month hump and couldn't be more excited! Had to postpone our wedding from this year to 2022 but we know it will be worth the wait! Hubby to be got me a pair of diamond drop earrings for Christmas that will go beautifully with my dress!! Bach party in 2 months and Bridal in 4 and planning has been a breeze so far, even with postponing.

Can't wait!

View Quoted Comment The no refund part is so crazy because they know what's going on. When I postponed my wedding the first time, I was told that I needed to have a legit reason and covid couldn't be an excuse.

Nervous and excited! Actually I'm more stressed right now! Trying to balance studying for the NCLEXs (my nursing board exam), starting my new job, as a nurse, being in a March wedding, figuring out where me and the fiance will move after we get married, AND planning my wedding when vendors refuse to email back after weeks!

No one tells you how stressful wedding planning is

Unfortunately no, hopefully I’ll find people that work for can be more responsive!

I am tossing out all previous plans due to COVID restrictions (and COVID - I am shocked how many positives I am seeing in healthcare right now) - so we went from a library/ bookish small hotel ceremony/ reception and are now getting quotes to change it all up to outdoors and distanced in a backyard (a beautiful backyard however!). I am very very very stressed about starting again - but I am trying to do an all inclusive caterer/ bartender/ rentals etc... I know it probably will add up more - but if one vendor handles most things - less for me to plan!
