June 2022 brides

June 11, 2022 is the date. We have the venue and I have picked a dress but. that is all. But since I am also in my last 3 months of nurse practitioner school and working I don't have as much time to plan as I would like.

Definitely more nervous than excited. My venue has all the major vendors lined up while we go for our tasting in January so there's so much I have to consider all while working full time and being in school. I just hope that all goes well. June 10, 2022 is the date ~

Getting married also in June. This year has been a roller-coaster ride. I had to find replacements for some bridesmaids to an emergency with my fiancé to rescheduling our engagement photoshoot three times. We already booked the church, the venue and looked at prices for the hotel connected to the venue, all this is done back in June. We also booked our photographer and videographer and ordered our save the date. Still a lot to plan out but I believe it will all fall into place soon.

View Quoted Comment I feel the same way. All we have is our venue, photographer/videographer and I picked out my dress. Oh & we sent our STDs. Trying to find a DJ, hair/MUA, officiant now. I didn’t think I wanted to go through with a florist and maybe do that DIY, but I decided we could at least go meet with a couple and now they’re booked for consultations until January 😅 I get overwhelmed just thinking how much is left to do and the costs while worrying about school. It’s a lot!

Our save the date was also our announcement lol. We ordered a custom ring so I have known since august that I was getting it, but he didn't officially ask until thanksgiving. So we sent this out.

We are getting married the 25th of June, 2022. I am super excited. I bought my dress within 3 weeks of being engaged so thats out of the way. Save the dates are sent out. Invitations ordered and addressed. Venue, caterer, makeup and hair, most of the decorations, photographer, officiant, tux colors, flower arrangements all picked out. Just have to order bridesmaids dresses in a few months and get my dress altered. We know who we would like for the cake. We are just waiting for them to open their book for the year in January. This isn't my first wedding but I want it to be my last. And my first wedding I worked so hard for it that I hardly enjoyed it. I literally cooked for 125 people. Not this time tho. I want to enjoy every second. I hope we all get to enjoy our time as brides.

Three of my bridesmaids dresses have come in already. It has made it even more real that the wedding is coming up. I still need to find my decorations for my venue and that has been hard. I'm a little nervous that I won't have it all ready but very excited that I get to marry my man.
