July 19, 2020 Brides

My wedding is July 11th, 2020 and I've booked my venue, photographer, DJ, made half of my centerpieces, made my bouquets and pins for the guys (I'm doing all fake flowers obviously). I also already purchased my invitations because I got them during a sale. We've just started filling out the form for our dj with all of our songs. I also contacted my seamstress to ask her when she wanted me to come in for my first fitting.

Lol can be a little overwhelming when I realize how much time we have left. So far we've booked our venue, photographer, got my dress, sent save the dates, did our catering tasting which is through our venue. Next on our list is DJ and cake. Waiting on the florist we want to get back to us. I wanted to go ahead and start our centerpieces, but felt like I should wait to get other stuff out the way first. What centerpieces are you all doing? We want to do lanterns.

View Quoted Comment I'm just doing something simple/small, so I got these short vases (glass/clear) and I'm gluing Ling's Moments blush colored roses to the bottom of the glass (one in each vase). Then, the vases will be filled with water and I got floating candles to go on top. I might put a square mirror under each vase, but I haven't decided yet.

What are you working on at the moment?

View Quoted Comment We are working on booking our cake caterer and our florist. We have already decided on our florist, but we're just waiting to hear back from them on booking! We recently booked our DJ this past week.

We are thinking of doing this for our cake. Something simple ! Just different flowers. Our first are gold, navy and crimson red.
