Jj’s House legit?

It's from China, just beware. Every time I buy from China, something takes months, something mysteriously disappears, etc.

I agree with Michelle: some parcels take months to arrive or aren't delivered at all. I provide several links so you could be aware: JJshouse reviews with photos and reviews from Trustpilot . Trustpilot also shows the notice: Trustpilot has been notified that this business has offered refunds contingent on the removal of negative reviews on Trustpilot.

I have researched them too and I wouldn't advise buying from them. From what I understand they sometimes deliver in order to keep themselves going, but in general they are a scam.

I placed an order for our wedding. some items arrived damaged. Spoke with chat and was told I had to wait up to 12hrs for an email to deal with it. 30hrs latter and many more chats and no one will do anything. I suggest giving these guys a miss

Do not order from here. I purchased a custom sized dress and it cost $190. There were large oil stains around the waist of the dress. I tried requesting a refund for it and the best they said they could do is 50% refund. They insisted that they would not be making any money off me if they were to refund me for the entire order. Well of course they shouldn't! They messed up the order! They take no responsibility of defectively created products and will expect you, the customer, to take the loss. They reply using cookie cutter, copy paste responses that say "I understand how your feeling" or some crap like that. Unless you want to deal with the worst customer service do not buy any products from here.

I purchased two dresses from JJ House, mostly because they had two items I was interested in and because it clearly states their return policy is for a full refund within 7 days. 3 days later I was contacted by JJ House and they were requesting that I cancel one dress because they felt I would be ordering two and returning one, which to be clear is not against ANY company policy nor is it stated anywhere that you cannot purchase two dresses. I responded that I was confused as to why they could not fufill my order, their response "we can't afford it" and they had placed my order on hold until the issue was resolved. NOW they are asking me to take a 90% refund since I didn't cancel within their cancellation window. No dresses have been made or shipped, they refuse to fill my order...oh yeah and they still charged me for both. COMPLETE SCAM!

Bought my wedding dress at JJ’s House and love it. Continued to buy all my wedding and wedding party items from here. As part of that, I purchased bridesmaids robes in dark navy with personalized names on the back. Unfortunately, the listing did not say or give an option on personalization color. In my wildest dreams, I did not think they would use black on dark navy. You can’t see the wording at all!!

This robe is supposed to have a wreath around the name and the word Bridesmaid. With full light, you can barely make out the name, but can’t see the wreath or word bridesmaid at all.
Will have to purchase new robes and JJ’s House will not work with me to correct this misrepresentation and horrible outcome. I have spent $1000 already through them. The robes were only $23. And they won’t do anything to help. Customer service representative didn’t answer any questions, but just kept giving the same canned answers and the run around. No live person to speak with either.
Unfortunately, even though I loved the dress, I cannot, in good conscience give a referral or spend anymore money with JJ’s House.

I don’t have any experience with them - but, I’ve heard great things about Azazie. They have it to where you can pay $15 to try on the dress before buying it.

Total rip off - never received my dress - now the wedding is over (I had to buy another one) -

They said they would give me 8% back for not receiving it - I had $122 taken out of my checking account 5 seconds after i ordered it - so they do know how to do that, let me see 8% would be $9.76 they would refund me because i never even got the item - even now - i still have not received it - total SCAM - Hope they can get rid of this company and fast - looks like they are putting out phony reviews now to balance out all of the bad ones

This company went into quarentine prior to 10th Feb due to Coronavirus. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses in this time and they did not notify them there was a backlog in orders or their would be late delivery. We only found out the dresses would not receive their dresses in time because of all the negative feedback received on facebook. I contacted on the 3rd March to cancel 3 dresses and get refunds. I was told this would happen within 24 hours and refund issued within 7 to 14 days and received an email confirmation. On the 11th March two of my bridesmaids received an emails saying their dresses had been shipped! I have been contacting them through Facebook and getting bare minimum response or no response at all. I contacted through the online chat on their website and explained about cancelling the orders for refunds a week ago and the dresses shipped and the response i got was "the dresses have been shipped". Obviously I already know that!! She was pretty useless saying she couldn’t access a bunch of information and all she could do was lodge a ticket (cause that worked so well last time!!!!). This company is absolutely atrocious and I would not recommend them to anyone ever again! They go back on their promises, half the responses through chats are auto responses, you can't get anywhere with them and the communication is appalling.

Also a couple posters have mentioned their seamstresses will not touch these for alterations.
Reputable US shops with a large selection if you prefer to shop online only are Cocomelody and Azazie which both have try at home options.

Thank you for posting this because I was seriously considering ordering all of my dresses (bridal, reception, bridesmaids, and flower girl) from this website. I knew it had to be too good to be true, but all of the reviews made me feel comfortable enough to do it. I am so glad I saw this first.

I have ordered 2 different custom sized dresses from them and they were both stunning

I ordered 3 dresses from JJ's House. They arrived on schedule. The quality of the fabric and craftsmanship was excellent. I ordered standard sizing and needed some minor alterations. Next time I will order using custom sizing. One dress looked awful on me so I returned it for a full refund minus shipping cost. Customer service was very good. All-in-all a good experience.

This is a total scam. The dresses are substandard fabrics and poorly made.

I ordered one with embroidery, and it was very ugly. Not like the pic at all.

Then, when you want to return it, they keep $50....it's in the fine print (which I, of course, didn't see). So I am out $50 with no dress to show for it.

The sizing is true, that's all that was good about my order.
