Jj’s House legit?

They are legit! My mom just got her MOB dress from there and it's beautiful.

She did a lot of research on reviews from there before she decided to purchase and they were pretty 50/50. Looks like my mom lucked out.

Pour a glass of wine and google up some images from reviews. Some aren't too bad, some are hilariously awful.

From what I’ve seen people post bridesmaid dresses aren’t horrible from there but I would never trust a wedding dress from them.

My bridesmaid had her dress custom made from JJsHouse. I was very surprised because I had heard of the horror stories, but she had a great experience and her dress was very beautiful. She's the BM on the far left.

I got my veil from them and it was very inexpensive but looked just like the picture and I am happy with it. It did take like a month to come

I purchased my flower girl dress from there and the lace was ripped when I received it. They will not take it back. I personally wouldn’t order from there again.

I ordered my bridesmaid dress off of there and it worked out perfect!

So many mixed reviews! If they had a better return policy I wouldn't see the harm in ordering it because my wedding is so far off. I would have time to order it and return it. The plan was to buy it and if it came out okay, to make alterations here at home, but now I don't know.

I personally would not order from their website just because I read reviews like crazy before I make an online purchase.There are so many scammers out there, it's better to be safe than sorry!

JJshouse is NOT a US company. The website is designed to deceive. I do not order from companies that are not US companies and this website fooled me. It is a Chinese company that sells clothing that is extremely poor quality. Despite saying they have easy returns, they do not offer returns at all.

They are terrible customer service is awful. They altered the wrong color of my dress and refuses to fix the situation.

Yes it is too good to be true. The product looks nothing like the picture, and despite saying they allow returns, they do not.

No they are not legit!!! Ordered my dress and paid extra for custom made, as well as over $500 worth of stuff for decorations and it was never sent (it shows up on my account) they refuse to give my money back! A year later and I’m still trying to get my money back. Don’t waste your money!!! The positive reviews of them that there are are fake or paid reviews. It is the biggest scam and I’m currently getting evidence to have them shut down.

I ordered swatches from them and they were too far off. Not to mention the photos from past customers. I found a lot of success with Dessy Group . They have a lot of color options, are reliable, and have a lot of different styles. Definitely give them a go if you were interested in the things JJ's had.

Worst company ever. Do not subject your bridemaids to have to use them!!!! You are literally better off ordering a random dress off of amazon!

The pictures on the JJ site are beautiful and clearly stocked photos from a reputable vendor/designer. Because of the reviews and the fact that this company is in China

(made that mistake before), I would never order from JJ but would like to know how I can

find out where I can buy the dress that I love? JJ stole a photo of a gorgeous dress and I want to buy it elsewhere (yes, and pay more) but making sure I get what is actually pictured. Anyone know how I can due that?

Both my sister and I ordered from JJ's House. We are having the worst time trying to return these dresses! Awful customer service! And since they are in Hong Kong, you can only contact them through email. I'd think twice about ordering from this company if you think you may have to send the dress back.
