I think some simple dangling earrings would be nice. I don't think I'd wear a necklace since your neckline is very bold

Wow your dress is beautiful! And it looks amazing on you. I wouldn't choose anything too flashy for a necklace, maybe just a simple chain with a pendant or colored stone so it doesn't take away from the dress!
