Hi all I am getting down to the wire.. my fiance and I are getting married June 1,2024 at 4pm. It's going to be a small family only affair (10-20 people max) ceremony and reception will be at my FIL home in their beautifully landscaped yard ( moving indoors to in front of fireplace if it rains). What I need help with is jewelry! Not sure what way I want to go theme is romance ( I will include a photo of my dress and makeup/ hair inspo photos for reference). The photo of my gown I am wearing a very special necklace I want to wear it however,I'm not sure it's right for the dress. ( It has some of the cremains of my heart dog that passed away suddenly at the age of 4 ( doberman)on Christmas Eve 2023. He was very special to me I have still not gotten over it he was also supposed to be our ring bearer 😞😢. I actually have 2 questions one is knowing how special he was to me any idea of how I can incorporate it into the ceremony without wearing it? Second question, what are your opinions on the jewelry I should wear with my gown. TIA. Sorry so long.. here are pictures. The hair piece will actually be a sequin/pearl comb not flowers.much like this one with sequin comb.Jewelry help 1

Your bouquet is a good place to incorporate a special piece of jewelry you don’t want to wear. I had my mother-in-law’s brooch pinned to the bouquet and a special handkerchief made from my mom’s wedding dress wrapped around the handle. So you could wrap or pin the cremains necklace to the bouquet. You could also wrap it around your wrist as a bracelet.

For your dress and hairstyle, I’d go with dangly earrings for the romantic look and not a lot of other jewelry.

Your florist can add the jewelry to the bouquet.

Wear whatever you feel beautiful in. There is no right or wrong because everyone has their own unique style. What one person may think is appropriate for a bride, someone else may feel uncomfortable comfortable with.
