Hi Ladies, I would love to know your experience in having your wedding in the oak room, please share your wedding pictures I would love to see. I’m having about 135 people and would like circle tables in the oak room, from your wedding experience do you recommend upgrading to another room if you’re in the borderline numbers of oak room capacity. My main concern is having 135 people feel closed in and not having enough room to dance, I will also be renting out the mirror photo booth & am aware that it will take up space.

What room is not a drastic price change compare to the oak room?

Hi there, I just went to a wedding at Jericho in September, but their room was the skylight room, they had about 160 people but they had a sweetheart table and a platform with a sofa lounge and I felt the room was a tad tight... but I also think that room only was for 150 people. I know each room fits a certain amount of people, what is the limit for the oak room? which looks gorgeous by the way! Also, do they charge you a different price based on the room you choose?

Hey Stephanie! Welcome to the community!! That venue looks so gorgeous! It may be worth asking the venue what they suggest based on the capacity and if it's okay to fill it up or if you should be under capacity to leave a little wiggle room. You would especially want to ask them since you're going to be adding the photobooth as well!
