Hey y'all! We are having our wedding at a beautiful rustic venue in North Texas. My FH and I agreed that all the guys will wear the same brand jeans and all starched so they all match. I think that's a wonderful idea and so does my FH, but we have heard from SO many people who wore jeans that they wish they would've worn slacks. Granted, they all dressed way down. No jackets, ties, etc. Just button down shirts and boutonnieres. We're doing sports coats, button downs, vests and ties, so don't think the jeans will look underdressed. Anyone else's FH/GM wearing jeans?

I think it's definitely one of those regional things. You'd never see that around here but I've seen pictures where it looked great.

    Hey SB

Whatever you and your FH want the Gm to wear is up to you but I will say from experience, starching jeans tends to have a weird effect on the denim when it comes to fit, shape, and comfort.

I don't believe jeans are ever appropriate for a wedding- guest or wedding party. I would definitely say no jeans.
