Its finally setting in and things are starting to feel real

Still hasn't really hit me and I bought my dress three months ago lol

I still have another 8 months so I'd say at the 3 to 4 month mark, sh*t gets real.

Personally I Don't know that its ever really hit me. It feels like I've been planning forever but I enjoy planning so much its just like YAY! I did finally have a big bride moment when I went alone to try on my dress when it came in from being ordered and it was like WOW I look like a bride.

When we took our engagement photos and when I tried on my dress when it came in... Oh and when I went with my BMs and we looked for their dress and everyone was looking to me for what I wanted. That was really weird for me because I usually don't get that from people. Everyone wanted my opinion and I'm just like "Wait, me?" Hahaha I'm not use to the little spot light you get sometimes as a bride to be

Hasn't hit me yet, but that's cause I literally have nothing done but a budget and guest list. We are planning to secure our venue early next year. I know the moment we sign, everything will hit me.

It becomes more real with each 'step' we take! The first was when I got my ring back from getting sized RIGHT after we got engaged. I didn't have it for close to 2 weeks & really didn't feel engaged at first! Then we booked our venue & which was a slight, oh yeah...we're getting married. Then I bought my dress & that was a big WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

Each new thing just adds to the excitement! I can't wait for our day to come

I have 5 months left and it still hasn't hit me yet. Haha. I have random moments where I remember that we're getting married but it hasn't completely sunken in yet.

Haha.

But I am ready to get my dress to see how it really fits too

It hits me in waves- when we secured our venue, when we got my dress, buying all the little extras, shopping for flowers etc. In the meantime, real life has been busy enough to keep me distracted. We're now 32 days out and I still don't feel like I'm having a wedding. I'm looking forward to getting married, but I don't like being the center of attention
