It is actually a real thing?

So I have been looking at dresses for a while, but do places make like bridal tops that aren't crop tops? Like when you add a skirt to the top it looks like one piece or a dress vs a two piece outfit.

For example I was looking online at David's bridal at separates like you can get a top and a bottom skirt. The problem is they look short and you can tell they are separate. I love the idea of being able to switch out the bottom/skirt if I wanted to.
Also debated just getting a dress( very simple skirt) then adding a skirt over it because I did see some at David's Bridal online.

You could have something made to your specifications by a local seamstress. The crop top separates are a thing that not everyone is comfortable in but the designers don't embrace different.

A lot of bridal separates I’ve seen have bodysuit style tops. Don’t have advice on where to find them but maybe the key word will help your search!

Yep, there’s even slimmer sleeker dresses that come with over skirts that are detachable. Fancy!
