Issues with venue management group and venue!

Hi! Has anyone else had issues dealing with bad communication from and between your venue and third party venue management company? I don’t know if I can put actual business names on here. But I’ve been dealing with a company that manages a lot of big venues in the Orlando area. My wedding is 3 weeks away and I wasn’t able to get a meeting set to try food and finalize details at all. It was like pulling teeth. I finally reached out directly to the venue and they took care of me immediately.
I’ve also been talking to the bride having her wedding the day before mine at the same venue. We met in the comments on the venue’s IG. I sent her a DM to see what her experience has been like and hers has been the same if not worse! The management group doesn’t respond for weeks if at all and the information they give is totally different from the answers I got from the venue itself.
Anyone having similar experiences???
