Is LipSense worth the money?

I need your opinions! It seems like an awful lot of money. The only lipstick I've ever worn is the $2 wet and wild kind but it wears off quickly and I need something that won't rub off on my FH

I just put in my first ever lipsense order a couple of days ago. I also am only ordering bc of the wedding, I never wear lip makeup. Since they have easy returns I'll just send it back if I don't like it.

It didn't stay put on the parts of my lips that touch and it was very frying and peeled. I tried to like it for the price but never could do it!

I just bought some too, my MUA convinced me to. I haven't tried it yet, I'm kind of nervous. Hoping it works well for me.

I would go with MAC, Lipstick Queen, or Anastasia. Mac is my favorite, though. I exfoliate my lips, put on a little chap stick, lip liner, and Mac lipstick. Lasts long and doesn't dry out my lips.

Any matte lipstick or lip stain will wear horribly if your lips are dry and cracked. If you use a lip scrub before you apply any lip color it will wear nicely because it takes all the dead skin off and creates a nice even layer.

If you don't want to spend the money on LipSense, I would try Rimmel Provocolips. It works extremely well for a drug store product and lasts until you want to take it off. I would suggest applying the gloss it comes with after you eat or as the gloss wears, it makes the lip stain last longer and feels more comfortable.

Also, I've noticed with any liquid lipstick it wears best if you apply it in one even motion (no back and forth like applying a lipstick or gloss) if you have to do more than one coat wait for your first layer to dry completely.

I wear it daily and have zero issues. My lips were dry the first few times while getting use to it, but now I have zero issues. I'm a bit addicted and have 18 different colors. I just reapply glossy gloss every 4 hours and my lips are perfect from when I put it on at 8am until I take it off at 10pm

I tried it for almost 3 months straight and hated it. My lips never stopped peeling no matter how much gloss I used! I ended up selling all the colors I bought to a friend. I know a lot of people that love it though!
