Is it weird that I bought my wedding shoes before my dress? PICS included!

I finally bought my wedding shoes today! I am so excited! These were a steal in terms of price so I decided to cave and buy them. I plan on having blush pink bridesmaid dresses, hence the pink :-) Anyone else buy their shoes before their dress? And anyone else do a colored shoe instead of white? ...

    A lot of people decide to wear colored shoes - especially ones that match the wedding colors. I wore gold. I didn't purchase my shoes before the dress and I'm glad I didn't. The style of my dress didn't go with shoes I had previously picked out. It's easier to find a shoes to match than the other way around.

    Nope not weird at all in fact I should start looking. I want the blue equivalent of that pink. Love those shoes!

    I would have been a little worried if you had bought white or ivory shoes since you don't know what color your dress will be, but since they are blush they will work great. Its not weird at all, and you even got a great deal so it makes it that much better!
