Is it too late to hire a day-of coordinator?

Evelyn, on October 7, 2019 at 6:57 PM Posted in Planning 0 5
It’s five days until my wedding and I am so stressed out. I feel like the day is going to fall apart if I can’t be everywhere at once... I really just need someone to make sure that serving food goes smoothly (dismissing tables, making sure dinner starts on time, etc) and to make sure that the cake and food vendors set up in the right places. Is it too late? I know the answer is probaby yes. Be honest with me. I need help.

I would start calling around to see if anyone has availability. Might not be too late but you won’t know if you don’t ask the vendors in your area. Good luck!!

Do you have a friend or family member you can trust to oversee those things?

I would call around. You never know! Just explain the situation and see if anyone is free. Doesn’t hurt to try.

It’s not too late! My wedding is also in 5 days. I finalized our DOC last week! She works for the venue we have, and they only do 1 wedding a day, so she was available. Very reasonably priced too! Check with the venue and see if they have someone to recommend.
