I recently went to a bridal spot with my SIL and sister to look at dresses just for fun. I ended up finding a wedding dress with a really good deal and made the purchase not only because of the price but because I loved how it fit my body. I haven’t told anyone besides my close family and now my MOH & bridesmaids are asking me when we should all go dress shopping. Is it okay to get a wedding dress without your bridal party being there? I just feel guilty that they weren’t there but I don’t feel guilty in purchasing my dream dress.

I went dress shopping with just my mother, then sent all the girls pictures.

Ultimately you do what makes you feel good. Two of my bridesmaids cursed me out for not including them in every wedding shopping event.

Yes! I did. part of my bridal party was there for the showing of it once I chose it but it was just my mom and I when I found it. My bridal party didn't even know they were my bridal party until Christmas when I gave them their bridesmaid proposal boxes Smiley laugh

Yep! I went dress shopping alone and bought it while I was there.
