Hey all -

I found my dress last moth and have it already - and I do LOVE it, I really do...but it's a tight fitting mermaid dress, and I didn't think about sitting down or even try to at the store. And being able to move and dance in it all night..ect. The one I ordered is a little big so when I tried it on again at home it's too big in the stomach and top, and slightly too long. SO then I'm fearful the alterations won't make it fit perfectly (which in reality I know they will, but since I'm not a professional I'm thinking wont they mess it up or the lace and beading..ect. Crazy - I know)

I'm sure it will be fine - and when I see pictures of me in it I love it again - just trying to see if anyone else is in the same boat?

I have attached a few pics..let me know - the guy is not my FH but my FAB dress consultant.

You look great!! I'm in the same boat....I bought my dress last month after trying it on at two different salons, but sort of wish I stuck to my guns and got a non-strapless dress, like I was originally dead set on. But the dress I got was the one both my mom and I had the best emotional reaction, so I'm hoping it was the "right" choice.

I think one problem with all of this wedding dress business is that, at the end of the day, there's no "right" choice. I guess it's better to pick the right spouse...

    I think it's totally normal.

I bought a dress at the end of November and have constantly thought..."Did I rush my purchase?!" But I love love love my dress. The worst part about buying a dress is seeing all of the "I said yes to the dress" posts. And then seeing all of these other women in their gorgeous numbers and thinking how great they look and then you get the doubts. But honestly, we all picked our dresses for a reason; we had that "this is it" feeling.

I can't help myself but look at those posts, but I constantly think back to the feelings I had when I got mine and I definitely know I made the right choice.

When you buy your dress just make sure you no longer search for more dresses! Smiley smile

Your dress looks great! Um can you see that big ass smile on your face in the first pic? No doubt that is your dress.
