Is it chintzy to put information on the back of the invitation?

I'm designing my invitations on Vistaprint and I'm wondering if it would be odd to put details card like information on the back of the main invitation. It's currently just a blank space. The ceremony and reception are in the same place, so all that needs to go on an enclosure card is the hotel...

I'm designing my invitations on Vistaprint and I'm wondering if it would be odd to put details card like information on the back of the main invitation. It's currently just a blank space. The ceremony and reception are in the same place, so all that needs to go on an enclosure card is the hotel block and our website, I guess (unless there's other info I am missing). I would love to save paper, and I am doing a separate RSVP card, I'm sure etiquette would say it's a no-no, but has anyone else done this?

I don't think it's tacky or bad manners, however since most do not include information on the back, some people may not think to turn it over. I know a friend of mine included her website on the back of her save the dates, but I never turned it over and didn't see it until after the wedding when I took it off the fridge!

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I think I've decided on opting for a small details card. The emptiness of the back still bothers me for some reason, so I might continue the front image on the back and possibly add a short poem or something. Any poem/quote suggestions welcome.

We basically directed everyone to our website, knowing that the majority of our guests were tech savvy and that we would check in with the few that weren't. we put our website right on the invite, so not entirely formal, but worked for us.

It wouldn’t bother me, and I wouldn’t miss it (I’m one to look at the backs of everything I get in the mail LOL). But it sounds like a lot of people aren’t that way.
I like the suggestion to add at the bottom “more info on reverse side.”
