Is bridal party including in guest list?

Including our parents and bridal party and any plus ones it would be close to 40 people. We are really trying to stick with 100 guest total. So do I include them in the guest list? Or invite 100 additional people. Thanks

    Actually, you can check with your caterer to see if the vendors need to be counted. They may have a vendor meal up to a certain about.
