Yes, you have to feed them all. So they are part of the guest list.

Uh yes. Because the guest list is what you use for your head count. FH and I were on our own guest list for that reason.

If you only want 100 people total at your wedding you of course have to count the bridal party- you're still feeding them and providing drinks and entertainment for them.

Yes they are still your guest. Fyi: you need to count you vendors too dj,photographer etc find out 1st before you count them too.

Lol no. Just trying to see what we could afford since our bp is big. I don't want to just invite an additional 60 people. So we will probably do 150 including our bp which will leave about 100 more guests to invite. I'm cool with that

If your venue has a maximum capacity, yes. As in my venue holds 250, so I cant have 250 then my wedding party. They are still guests at your reception, they need to eat, and should get an invitation. So ultimately they are just like guests.

Huh, I seriously never thought of that. I mean, our venue is all inclusive other than photographer and DJ. I wouldn't even know how many people to include from the venue

Our venue charges differently for vendor meals than they do guest meals. I would assume that's a venue by venue basis but definitely a question to ask, if you should be including them in your head count.
