Is anyone else's budget no longer working?

My estimated budget randomly jumped $4,000. Certain categories no longer have names, so I'm not sure exactly what they were originally for. I've tried deleting certain categories so that I could recreate them with names, but it won't let me delete anything. The numbers don't even add up when I click on a section. For example, there's a section that has $3,217 in it. When I click on it, the only item that appears is ceremony space for $1,250. That's not even the correct amount that I had entered for the ceremony rental fee. I'm so confused and frustrated!

    Mine doesn't even load. It always says we gave you a lemon. Luckily I have my budget saved on an excel sheet as well.

    I just went back into my budget, and now all the category names have disappeared, as have all the items listed under each category.

    This is so ridiculous. I loved using Wedding Wire before, and now it's too late to change everything over. We've already sent out our STDs and are about to mail the invitations. Some people have already RSVPed on here, so I can't use a new website at this point. I should have saved my budget elsewhere. I have parts of it saved for certain projects I was buying supplies for, but I don't have the entire budget anywhere else.

    It would have been nice if they sent an email saying they where going to change it so those that solely use WW can export their budget to an excel sheet.

    Mine is still correct. If it’s on the app I would suggest deleting it and reinstalling it. If it’s the computer, maybe try restarting it or logging out of wedding wire.

    Hi JMF! I've taken a look at your budget tool and don't see any obvious issues. Are you just getting the lemon error on the app? If so please make sure you are in an area with service, and that you are running the most up-to-date version of our app (iOS 8.3.0, Android 8.4.0). Let us know if you're still experiencing trouble after checking those things!

    Mine reduced my budget for me. It was at 15,000 and now it's less. If I try to change it everything gets deleted.

    What in the world is with the budget tool? My budget total has been changed, If I try to change a number because I typed it in wrong, it wont let me. I've tried delete, backspace, the back arrow and nothing. The only I can change a number is to delete the category and re write the whole line. Ridiculous. Please tell me IT is working out the kinks.

    Hi Emma! What platform or browser are you using?

    Try changing the estimated cost first, and then changing the final cost! There's no need to erase or delete, just click on the number to highlight it and type in the new number.

    My budget doesn’t let me delete an item /expense on the app of the site. It used to. Can you please fix it?
