I don't know, maybe I'm lazy or just don't know anything about weddings. I'm planning mine *almost* all by myself. My fiancé and I are pretty much doing everything. I was wondering if I have to have a ring bearer. I'm not having a big wedding and I want something simple in most aspects of our wedding.

I was wondering if my fiancé could have the box with the rings with him already. So that when the time comes he can just take it out and we can put the rings on. I've seen videos where usually a child goes up and takes the pillow/ring box but ehhh. It feels lame to me. Does it look dumb the way I want to do it?

For my sisters wedding I wore my FBILs ring on my thumb to keep it warm and his brother had the ring for my sister on his pinky for the same reason. I thought it was great

Its a nice way to honor a young man in your life, like a godson, nephew, etc. But no, absolutely not necessary.

Also, change your avatar to something other than the rings! They are associated with spam/trolls.
