Is 4 months too early to send out invites?

Wedding is July 16th. My RSVP date is June 1st (gives stragglers a couple weeks to RSVP before final numbers are due) A lot of out of state guests. Is middle of March too early?! I was thinking middle of March of beginning of April.

    Ours is June 19th and we need final count by May 19th. We're planning on sending our invites out at the end of March. We sent save the dates ten months early because of all our out of town guests.

    When would be a good time for me to send out my invites. Wedding is 11/12 in florida. Sent out the stds week before Christmas. .. but got people from all over so..

    I'm getting married the week before you and am waiting until the end of April first week of may to send invites.
