Is 25-30 minute drive too far between ceremony and reception?

Our reception is taking place in an area that is not a large city, but we're getting married in the Catholic Church so we've been looking for one near the reception venue but we only have 3 choices and they are all ridiculously hard to get ahold of, and so far we've had no luck with booking despite multiple calls and emails. So we recently found a beautiful church in a nearby city which has the date open and is easily reached by email and phone, but it is about 25-30 minutes away from the reception venue. Is that too far?

That's not too far. Depending on your ratio of OOT guests, it may be worth it to get a shuttle transport set up.

*We are having the church 10 mins from the hotel, then a 25 mins shuttle bus/drive to the reception and 15 mins to the hotel at the end of the night. 90% of the guests are OOT, so we HAD (according to MIL) to provide transportation. (In-laws are helping to pay for wedding, so their opinion matters)
