    Thank you! I'm ordering off Zazzle. It's a regular RSVP card (no pre-made perforation) but I was having so much trouble (for whatever reason) in figuring out how to lay it out. My FH is a graphic designer and he actually came up with the concept for a tear off. He just put a white shape box at the bottom over the original navy background and added the lines and everything.
