Invite your BOSSES to your wedding?

My FH and I are not inviting anyone from either of our workplaces since we don't socialalize with them outside of work. I think that you have space on the guest list for them, and really WANT them to be there then you should speak to your FH about it, but otherwise I wouldn't invite them.

Thank you all for your suggestion. I think I'll have to see if we have room. FH doesn't think it's a good idea to invite co-workers so they'll have to be on my "b" list for now. Luckily my wedding is on a Friday during the v day holiday weekend so people might have other plans. Here's hoping. Thanks ladies.

Yep all or nothing is the rule. FH is inviting all of his coworkers, though we don't expect a major turnout. yeah, here's hoping... i will only invite those in the same social circle as a group that i interact with outside of work.

Im a stay at home mom now and haven't worked for a year but still keep in contact with my ex boss and three of my co workers so i invited them to the wedding because i wanted to make sure that they know i'm still in good terms with them.

I'm fortunately self employed, so no problem for me there....

But my wife had to invite everyone from her small office, especially since her boss payed for the venue....

Thanks ALL for your help. I'm probably going to still have them on the B-List" and hope that I'll have a few no's but that's all for your suggestions. I hope when I send out my invites it won't be too overwhelming with the response.
