I will be ordering mine from Minted; it's a tri-fold where the bottom part is the RSVP. They should cost me no more than $200 including tax.

We ordered ours through Shutterfly. We paid about $200 for our STD, and invitations.

So update, I ordered last night from Shutterfly! I got a discount because the invites them selves were on sale, then I got another 25% off for Cyber Monday, and I had a code for free shipping!
