I had my return address put on the flap in the back! I didn’t like the cluttered look in the front either. Also I’d black out addresses for safety ❤️

We put our return address on the back to make the front look cleaner. I don't think yours look bad, it's just my personal preference. I would say if you chose to do that, you should center the address if possible.

P.S. Those pearlescent envelopes are super cool! Smiley smile

What are you using to write the addresses? I don't think that it's so crowded that it's illegible, but I also don't think it looks appealing. If you can't find a way to make the font smaller, I would do as others have mentioned and put the return address on the back or use return address labels.

I had guest addresses made through ETSY... from my pretty little print shop. She did a beautiful job and they arrived in 1-2 days.

I'd put the return address on the front of the envelope, then center the guest address.

You should be able to find a finer tip pen or a less bulky font. You could also just make the font smaller in Design Space and it will write smaller. My best advice, if you have a printer, is to print the addresses. It's sooo much quicker and easier than using Cricut.

I like the look of both addresses on the front. The font is neat and easy to read. So, to me, it the addresses help the envelope appear decorative and not empty. 💋🐩

You can put your envelopes through the printer and print directly on them. That’s what we did and they turned out great. Took about an hour and a half for 65 or so envelopes.

Get a different pen. You can make almost any pen fit in the cricut, wrap smaller pens with masking tape before sticking them in the slot. I would look for a fine point metallic pen. Silver or gold.

It definitely would work but it does appear a little on the cluttered side. Maybe try putting it on a clear label so it is smaller or putting it on the back of the envelope. This would help it look a little less packed with info.

Are these people's actual addresses? I would be extremely careful about posting things like that on the internet. I would see if you can get an mod to remove the photos.

So, I read stressing about this when i addressed my STDs but then i asked a friend who had a VERY high end classy wedding that she did for hers a few months ago. She said "Its just the envelope, no big deal. Just hand write them neatly. No one actually scrutinizes the envelope except you. Do you remember the font on any wedding invitations or rsvps you've received before?" Aand when I stopped and thought about it, nope, I don't. I went to 2 weddings last yr and don't remember what the envelope looked like at all, only what was inside. Hopefully this will help you like it did me. I also put some other suggestions below. But in my opinion I think it looks fine.

    1. Could put return address on the back flap. This is ernest I did for STDs but it will be in the front for my invites.

    2. You or a friend with good handwriting could hand write them. Then you control the font size.

    3. I really like when done ive seen where the person's name is in a pretty font and larger size then the address is in a simpler font and smaller size. Different fonts will be larger/ smaller even when their actual font size is the same number.
