Hi Everyone!

I mailed out our invitations today! I know I know...I didn't follow the 6-8 week timeline but I just couldn't wait to get them out! We have a considerable amount of out of town guests so I wanted to ensure enough time for USPS to deliver and rsvps to come back.

I put my coworkers invitations on their desks this morning and they were just as happy as they would have been if received in the mail. They're all undecided on what they would like to eat lol.

Also, for anyone on the fence about inviting their boss. I didn't give my boss any hints that I was inviting him. However, when I handed him his invitation, he had the biggest smile and thanked me. He genuinely seemed happy about getting an invite. I'm happy that I chose to invite him!

I also ordered the dresses for our flower girls from Princessly on Monday! I can't wait to see them and I hope the quality is good!

Next on our list to do this month: we're going over our ceremony with my FFIL (officiant) next weekend, attend a cake tasting and decide on our dessert(s), and I'll have my bridal shower!

Yay congratulations! And I've heard anywhere up to 12 weeks if a lot of guests are OOT so don't worry about it Finishing up homework today that I've been procrastinating on then I can do some wedding tasks 😁

Exciting!! I'm waiting for RSVPs back so I can do our escort cards and our seating chart. Not much else to be done. I have my final dress fitting in two weeks and my trials and bridal shower are this weekend!

Thanks! Even though we sent out STDs, some guests were asking if they're still invited (duh lol). So we're like let's get these invitations out so guests know they're actually invited and start making their arrangements.

Congratulations! I have been dying to send mine out... But, I don't want to get ahead of myself. I will be sending mine out in mid-July. that will be 2 months out.
My bridal shower is May 25th which is a BAD weekend because where I live, that is graduation weekend and my little cousin graduates so of course all of my family is attending his. Which, I can't be mad. We chose that weekend because my sister will be in town. Hopefully it all works out. I know once our 2 kiddos go with my dad for the summer- the days are just going to fly by!
I am going to bury myself in all of the wedding stuff I have left to do while the kiddos are gone.

My shower is the 26th! I'm assuming that was the best time to get everyone together. We'll both have a great time at our showers no matter who attends!

That's so nice that your dad takes the kids for the summer! We are not looking forward to summer camp costs. Always a killer.

Yayyy!! I was so excited when I sent ours out. July 10th is the RSVP deadline. Our venue needs the final count on 8/5.

So far, we're received rsvps back from 26 households, 44 guests.

A lot of our big stuff is out of the way, so now it's just making small details like table numbers and starting to book smaller appointments, like mani/pedis. How about you??

Yum!! We have ours scheduled for mid-July. Next month I have both my bridal showers (one of which is at my house), so I'm trying to clean and organize before the 8th!

Oh yay how exciting! Kind of! I live out of state from where 99% of my family lives and where the wedding is taking place. So I'm having a smaller shower at my house for nearby friends and some of FH's family, and then my "main" shower is in my home state with all my family.
