Since everyone knows, your phrasing for your invitation should include the fact that guests are being invited to a Vow Renewal and Celebration:

Please join us as we renew our vows in the prescence of those we love. INSERT INFO.

Immediately after the vow renewal, we will celebrate with a ________________(an evening of; an afternoon of, please join us.

I am sure there are more eloquent ways to say it. The most important part is that your guests know it is a vow renewal.

I used a similar wording to this for my parents 35 yr anniversary celebration:
