Invitations and Save the Dates - budget vendor recommendations

Rachel, on September 2, 2019 at 2:25 PM Posted in Planning 5 50
Hey ladies! I'm looking into invitations and STD vendors and was wondering if you had any recommendations on a great product that doesn't break the bank? I think we'll send about 135-150 invites and STDs max. Thanks in advance!

We got ours from Zola at 40% off. There is an option to have the addresses printed on the envelopes and online RSVP. To save some money, we made a postcard for the STD and just included the invitation as we are using online RSVP.

Vistaprint! They have sales all the time and if you sign up for emails you get exclusive savings. We bought our STDs and invitations and had great experiences.

We got our STD’s & invitations from Shutterfly. We ordered them during sales and saved a ton of money!! Both turned out great. We chose a STD with our engagement photos and our invitation was foil pressed and turned out so gorgeous. I highly recommend Shutterfly. We paid $98 for STD’s & $160for invitations.

We were thinking of doing e-responses for invites to be green/budget conscious but hadn't thought of e-save the dates too. I'm gonna check them out thanks!

I haven’t done invitations yet but I used zazzle to make some custom cards for my bridesmaid proposals and they came out great, we’re also affordable. That’s who I plan to use for the rest the stationery things!

Not for our STD for it would work for them too. I did this for our mini programs.

Use Zola's STD maker. Make the whole draft. SCREEN SHOT IT (I used snipping tool on my desktop). Save the image.

Go to vistaprint armed with coupons/ebates/cashback credit card etc.
    Select build your own postcard.
They let you select your type of paper (we did recycled cardstock I think). Use your image as the post card! You can even do the back!
    I did 50 for less than $20.

I bought a templet off Etsy.com and then printed it on like a pearl cardstock and made them myself. It cut a lot of costs and it was fun! They ended up looking gorgeous!
