Invitations and Rsvp’s

Hi my lovely brides! Did you all hand write addresses on all your invitations and RSVP cards or did you have different labels printed for each to save time?

Hand written. Typing everyones address’ and sending them to be printed, or even printing them yourself, takes so much more time. It goes a lot faster if someone helps you write them!

We had our stationery vendor print the addresses directly onto the envelopes.

Our vendor (Ann's Bridal Bargain) printed our return address on everything, and we handwrote the guest addresses onto the invitation envelopes.

I hand printed for my save the dates and plan to do the same for my invitations. I have neat hand writing so I don't mind not having calligraphy plus it's an extra personal touch which never hurts.

We had help from 2 of my sisters visiting at the time, so 4 of us did all the addressing by hand. It takes about 30 seconds each, and most invitations are for more than one person , so they go fast.
The important thing is to have all info on your guest list complete before you start, including titles. I have done it before with others from incomplete lists, so you stop to call mom to find out a house number, or new address, it seems like forever. I by far prefer hand written. It looks personal, not like business or junk mail.

We bought clear labels, found a nice font, and printed. We did online RSVP.

Between bad handwriting and our (old) schedules, we thought this was the neatest, most legible way.

We opted out of physical invitations since we'll be having so few guests.

What Rebecca said. My handwriting changes up too much. One I swerve to the right, then to the left, then cursive it then something unable to read. I let the clear Avery labels with a nice font do that task. I printed enough labels to handle the envelopes for the thank you cards too.

We ordered through Minted and they offered free addressing for both the invitations and the RSVP cards.
