Invitation Help

Holly, on April 13, 2018 at 8:49 PM Posted in Planning 0 9
The botique that printed my wedding invitations put apartment numbers on the same line as the street address.. for example:

Mr. & Mrs. Sam Tubbs
123 Northside Parkway Apt 1011
Atlanta GA 30364

Will the USPS deliver these invitations or does the apartment/unit number have to be on its own line? Thanks in advance!!

I always put apartment numbers, on the same line and have never had any issues with mail being delivered.

As far as I know that format is correct, however I believe there should be a comma.
    Example:
    123 Northside Parkway, Apt 1011

Yes that is how it's supposed to be addressed. I think with a digital scanner it gets messed up when the apartment goes on a second line.

That is the correct format and no comma is needed.

Yikes! I’ve been addressing my own envelopes with the apartment number on its own line. Will it be rejected? It’s not many, so I may just change them anyways. Good info to know!

I lived in an apartment for 10 years and always put it on the same line. And to the other poster asking, no they won’t be rejected if it’s on a separate line.
