You need to talk to your fiancé about what you BOTH want. A wedding is about you and him coming together, so you need to be able to make a list of who is really important for you AND him to celebrate with.

But you have a venue for 200 people? I could give you a lot of advice on having a wedding with only your immediate family and Kristen offered a lot of suggestions on how to celebrate with both of your families, but it seems like you're not really looking for advice on either of those options, and I genuinely have no idea what you want from this post. I think you'll find you get more useful advice if you're clear about what you're asking for.
