"Intimate Ceremony" Guest Count

K. T., on July 7, 2020 at 9:25 AM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 5
Our wedding is on Oct 15, 2020. Right now in California, we are allowed "social bubbles" of up to 12 people. I'm now planning based on that number of people (though hopefully we'll be allowed at least 15 people), but does anyone know if vendors are considered part of those 12? We would need photographer, DJ, coordinator & videographer (maybe).

I would assume that for social distancing purposes, every person counts as a person, whether they are a vendor or a family member.

I believe they are. If they are going to be in that "bubble" - they are a part of the headcount.

I figured, but I was hoping I was wrong 😣 My fiancé and his immediate family alone count as 7 people.

October is still a minute away, he's hoping things change by then.

I’ve been assuming that all people in the room are part of that number. I’ve currently come up with a backup plan for 25 total if I can’t have my 150 guest list. And my 25 includes my pastor and photographer which is all the extra that would be at the ceremony. The mini reception would be at our home and I’m less worried about following state guidelines there.
