This might be a fun way to look back on your wedding dress journey! When you began looking online or through social media for your "dream" dress, what are some dresses you saw where you thought "OMG, I love it" or "I want my dress to look like this"? How close did your inspiration dresses come to the dress you actually got? What were some of your "must haves" and did you actually get them (yes or no)? Share some of your inspo photos here!

Must haves: Train (yes) / Train with lace edges (no) / Trumpet silhouette (yes)/ Off the shoulder (no )/ Minimal lace (yes)/ Button detailing on back (yes) / Form fitting (yes) / Crepe (no, thank God) Smiley xd

Totally fate!! That's so awesome you found your inspo dress in REAL life. Like, when does that actually happen? Haha.

The skirt is by far my favorite part of the dress. It’s funny you mention looking at the girls next you- the one in my picture tried on about a million dresses and my party kept whispering about the ones we liked best for fun as we we’re wrapping up (the one she’s wearing). We quietly booed her when she chose something totally different. 😂😂

Okay don’t hate me... but I tried on your dress today and I LOVE IT! Way more then the crepe one. Can I ask, no pressure, how much did you pay for it?? I’m gonna do some rate shopping from different places but wow I really love it! Here’s a pic:

Why am I smiling so big right now? Smiley love LOL. That makes me so happy! Yay! I'm glad I gave you inspo and that you love the dress. Isn't it so much prettier in person? Pictures don't do it justice! I seriously have only seen two other people in this dress (and half of them were bridal consultants trying the dress on the for the 'gram). I can't see your pic. Can you please re-upload? One shop was going to charge $1,699 for it, but I went to another shop 3 hours away and she gave me a discount at $1,650. Not much of discount, but every penny helps in the wedding planning process! haha.

Eekk!! Idk why I have such problems with photos. Can you see it now? Yes! They were charging $1699 too -- I was hoping you were gonna say less so I had some hope.

I literally ran to this place during my lunch break because I couldn't hold out until the weekend. I'll have to go back when I have time to try on with a veil to really say YES but my family loves it from the photo. The structure of the top is EXACTLY what I need for my boobs and I like that it's a little revealing but not too much. The stylist at Kleinfelds called it "tasteful t itties" Smiley laugh

I want to see how it'd bustle too.... but seriously THANK YOU!! This was not on my radar at all until I saw your post Smiley heart

Oh, yesss, girl! You look SO good in that dress! I remember just feeling so pretty, but sexy, in this dress. It's the best of both worlds. And LOL at "tasteful t's". I did not even notice my cleavage until I had already bought the dress, drove an hour away home and looked at pics on my phone. Smiley surprise I'm a little nervous what my dad will think, but I know my groom will love it. HAHA. Oh well.

I guess $1,699 is the base price! Good luck if you decide this is THE dress for you. I don't mean to be bias, but I say go for it! #DressTwinsies. Also, here is a photo of how my stylist bustled it.

P.S. I want to see that dress that's hanging behind you! Buttons, mikado, long train *drools*

The bustle is veryyy pretty!! (I am not a fan of bustles - it's sometimes like wedding diaper butt!)

The t's have been a BIG problem for me while dress shopping. Here is a pic of what's hanging behind me, it was not a good sample size but I got the idea and the girls were up front and center. Too low cut for me. https://www.essensedesigns.com/essense-of-australia/wedding-dresses/d2477/

I have like a 8 week window before I HAVE to order a dress so I feel good about it. Sit on in for a week or two. Go try it on again w/the fam and try to see if any other shops around here sell it a littttle bit cheaper.

Omg, I love that dress. Smiley heart I wanted to try it on so bad, but no stores near me carried it. Yes, the bustle actually looks good with this dress - well, hopefully! We'll see what the end product is. Haha. Good luck with your decision!
